At the start of your training you will receive a progress book to keep a track of your lessons, which is good for you and will help us to plan your next lesson, we can then both work together on improving your skills and knowledge to become a safe driver for life.


If at any time you are unhappy with me, then please talk to me and I will resolve all issues as quickly as possible, no matter how small.

You are number 1 and I want you to stay happy and get the best training possible under a relaxed
environment.


If at the end of any lesson you do not believe you have had value for money, you will get a full refund of that lesson.
